Mak­er Faire Shang­hai is orga­nized by Mul­tit­tude Group FZ-LLC. By pur­chas­ing tick­ets, you, as a tick­et pur­chas­er and hold­er, agree to com­ply with these terms and conditions.

1. Refunds are not per­mit­ted. Mak­er Faire Shang­hai at its sole dis­cre­tion may offer a refund or exchange if an event is can­celed or resched­uled. This includes, but is not lim­it­ed to, any cir­cum­stances relat­ed to Covid-19 which might pre­vent you from attending.
2. Mak­er Faire Shang­hai reserves the right to add, with­draw, resched­ule or sub­sti­tute artists and/​or vary adver­tised pro­grams, prices, exhibits, per­for­mances and audi­ence capac­i­ty with­out pri­or notice.
3. Mak­er Faire Shang­hai atten­dance is open to all age groups. By pur­chas­ing tick­ets, tick­et pur­chasers and hold­ers are sole­ly respon­si­ble for the safe­ty of their chil­dren through­out their stay at the event.
4. This tick­et is only valid for the date & time as shown on the pur­chased ticket.
5. The tick­et hold­er agrees to sub­mit to any search for any pro­hib­it­ed items includ­ing, but not lim­it­ed to, record­ing devices and con­trolled or dan­ger­ous substances.
6. The tick­et hold­er vol­un­tar­i­ly assumes all risk and dan­ger inci­den­tal to the event whether occur­ring pri­or to, dur­ing or sub­se­quent to the actu­al event, includ­ing any death, per­son­al injury, loss, dam­age or liability.
7. Vis­i­tors to the event are oblig­ed to behave in the Event Grounds so that their actions do not endan­ger the safe­ty and/​or health of third par­ties and/​or their prop­er­ty, as well as the not to dam­age the event facil­i­ties locat­ed on the Event Grounds.
8. Food and bev­er­ages pur­chased out­side Mak­er Faire Shang­hai event premis­es are not per­mit­ted. Food & bev­er­ages are avail­able on-site.
9. Ticket(s) that are dupli­cat­ed, resold, or used for adver­tis­ing, pro­mo­tion, or oth­er com­mer­cial pur­pos­es will be sub­ject to imme­di­ate cancellation.
10. Lost, stolen or dam­aged tick­ets may be re-issued to the orig­i­nal pur­chas­er if their authen­tic­i­ty can be verified.
